The 2024 multi-center RCT published in Antimicrobial Resistance & Infection Control (264 patients, 6 hospitals) demonstrated a 73% reduction in catheter-associated urinary tract infections (CAUTI) with SEM-confirmed zero biofilm formation by day 5 in the treatment group. The 2025 case report in American Journal of Therapeutics further showed successful treatment of vancomycin-resistant MRSA using the Physical Antimicrobial Method without antibiotics.
