Center Charter (Revised March 2026)
Established in 2018 and officially accredited by the Nanjing Municipal Science and Technology Commission (Ning Ke [2018] No.231, Serial No.75), the Center is a municipal-level engineering research center dedicated to physical antimicrobial nanomaterials and One Health solutions. As a non-independent legal entity, the Center operates under the full legal and operational support of NMS Technologies Co., Ltd.
